One key resort not mentioned above is located on the beach in Nicaragua - with the only existing (not just planned) golf course other than the municipal golf course in Managua - is Hacienda Iguana (www.haciendaiguana.com). Beautiful resort still developing but has a 9 hole golf course, restaurant, condos/townhouses/homes, great surf, and beautiful landscape.
