Punta Papagayo is a 60-acre promontory with access onto three beaches. The project master-plan is designed by architect Ronald. The residential component of the resort planned 65 condominiums and a limited release of estate homes were due to be offered for sale in 2009. The project has subsequently been paused due to financing issues.
