The Wyndham Resort and Residences at Jaco Beach in Costa Rica was planned as a five star, 14 story beach front Condo-Hotel with 136 units. The design included two towers joined by a glass bridge.
We learned in February 2010 that the project has been put on hold due to "withdrawal of credit opportunites".
The developers intend to continue with this project once the market and credit condition improve.
