Panama Pacifico is an ambitious mixed-use business center and residential project being developed by London & Regional Panama in conjunction with the government of Panama. The master plan envisages world-class amenities, infrastructure and services.

The design standards draw from Smart Growth, New Urbanism and sustainable land use. concepts.  Over the life of the project the developer plans a $705 million investment for the creation of Panama Pacifico.  The development is located in a special economic area and business that relocate to the area will be eligible for incentives

The project is located on a 1400 hectare parcel encompassing the former Howard U.S. Air Force Base.  Approximately half of the land will remain in its natural state or be devoted to new parks and open space.  The scale of the project is impressive with 1 million square meters of commercial space, 20,000 residential homes, multiple retail centers, hotels, schools, places of worship, parks and a championship golf course.

Residential homes will be offered in three neighborhoods: Town Center, Kobbe Hills (where the golf course is planned) and Puente Verde.
