Playa Blanca Resort Panama is set on a 205-acre beach front parcel close to the town of Farallon.  The existing hotel has over 200 rooms with restaurant, swimming pool and restaurants and offers a comprehensive all-inclusive resort program.    The Farallon area has been a popular vacation spot for Panama City residents for years given the good communication links and local amenities.

The hotel takes its name from the Playa Blanca beach that runs for 2,000 feet along the front of the complex.  The beach is long and flat and has a mix of black and white sand.  Other Playa Blanca Panama Hotels with real estate elements in their master plan are Royal Decameron and Nikki Beach.

The hotel is the centrepiece of an ambitious new master plan - The Playa Blanca Panama Resort, Residences & Hotel, comprising 1,600 condos and 160 homes.  The plan includes a convention center, sports center, wellness spa, casino and a 17 acre swimming pool (one of the largest in the world).  The real estate phases include the Founders Condos, Ocean Towers (the data in the chart below shows Ocean Tower pricing), and the Terrazas ocean view and beach front condos.

The area is sheltered by nearby mountains which keep the area relatively dry and the project borders a rain forest and natural lagoons to the north.
