This isnt a review but rather is a question to the experts about real estate in panama. Given the price adjustments in the US Florida and Arizonadoes it make sense to buy a property in Panama. Timing is everything in real estate. Are there other markets in the world which offer the ease of setting up a foundation for estate planning, decent weather and a reasonable cost of living. I have done a lot of research but not bought a property yet. Your world view and insight is appreciated. Sincerely, Paul McArthur

Ive invested in Gorgona and Altos del Maria. With the instablity of the U.S. economic system and the dollar in general, Panama seems to be a safe place to rest my money. Not to mention, Panama's economical foundation as a country assures me that the equity up swing on my properties will definitely increase substantially in the next few years. For those of you havent visited Panama and youre thinking about investing in property in Latin America, you MUST visit Panama before buying anywhere else.
